The Welcome Voucher is a €15 refund that you get when you subscribe to Privilegios en Compras. Getting it is very easy:

  • Buy a ticket within 90 days after subscribing to Privilegios en Compras.
  • Write to us at valedebienvenida@privilegiosencompras.es (in spanish), including the purchase confirmation e-mail, your customer number and the address you gave when you subscribed to the service.
  • In a few weeks the refund will be paid into your bank account.

The Welcome Voucher is valid for 90 days from the time you subscribe to Privilegios en Compras.
